Attorney Thomas Morris, Sr. is the founder and senior attorney of Morris & Associates. He graduated from Norma C. O’Bannon High School in Greenville, Mississippi. After finishing high school, he began college at Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. During his second year of college, he joined the Air Force and toured for two years in Vietnam and went back to Southern to complete his undergraduate degree. He went on to attend the University of Mississippi School of Law in Oxford as a student in the prestigious CLEO program. Attorney Morris was admitted to the bar in the summer of 1972. He has won numerous civil and criminal cases through out his career as a trailblazing counselor at law. He has sponsored numerous little league teams in the Cleveland and Delta area. Attorney Morris has always stressed keeping the common touch and being able to treat everyone with respect, no matter that person’s race, creed, color or socio-economic background.

Attorney Stephanie N. Morris is a daughter of Morris & Associates founder Thomas Morris, Sr. Ms. Morris has practiced in the fields of personal injury, medical malpractice/negligence and domestic relations. In addition to her position as a sole practitioner at Morris & Associates, she also serves as municipal judge for the Town of Isola, Mississippi. Ms. Morris completed her early education in Cleveland, Mississippi. She is a graduate of East Side High School, Southern University and A&M College and Mississippi College School of Law. In 2004, Ms. Morris was admitted to practice in Mississippi. She was also admitted to practice in the District of Columbia in 2008.

Attorney Daniel E. Morris is the son of Morris & Associates founder Thomas Morris, Sr. Daniel Morris was born and raised in Cleveland, Mississippi, where he attended East Side High School. After high school, Daniel was recruited to play football with Southern University A&M College (Baton Rouge campus), where he majored in Biology. Upon graduating from Southern, he received his Masters in Biology in 2002. Daniel’s passion for football led him to pursue a career in sports and he went on to become the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Southern University from 2002 until his passion for law began to outweigh his passion for sports. He began law school at Southern University Law Center in 2004. While in law school, he served as a Student Criminal Attorney and became a Certified Mediator. He graduated from Southern University Law Center in 2007, and began working for the 19th Judicial District Court in Baton Rouge, Louisiana as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Don Johnson. He was admitted to practice in Mississippi in April 2008.

In addition to working as a general practitioner with Morris & Associates, he is the Public Defender for Cleveland, Mississippi and a Board Attorney for a neighboring Health Center. His areas of specialization include criminal, personal injury, family law, DUI cases, medical malpractice, oil and gas, oil rig injuries/land and offshore, Seaman/Jones Act cases, toxic torts, litigation/court room expert, etc. Attorney Morris enjoys the intellectual challenge of the court room and the satisfaction that comes with helping injured clients receive financial recoveries for their suffering.
